Our range of capabilities extend into the ability to manage the installation of many different types of structural steel designs.
In-house erection enables Fabwell to provide quality turn-key projects, on-time, within specification, and within budget. Providing “in-house” steel erection avoids scheduling and coordination obstacles that may hinder achieving project goals. Fabwell successfully fabricated and installed hundreds of free standing steel structures, tilt-ups, and more complex architectural designs, each designed with an engineered erection plan. Best practices ensure work site safety, efficient scheduling, and professional collaboration with job site sub trades.
Creative and experienced architects are on hand to prepare your drawing plans and any other documentation necessary for the manufacturing and erection of your steel structures.
Fabwell utilizes modern 3D Detailing Software to efficiently create shop drawings used for steel fabrication and erection. Tekla Structures Detailing Software is a world class platform which allows complete transparency in BIM (Building Information Modelling). Models can incorporate concrete, wood, glass, mechanical components, and other equipment that may interact with the project.

Our estimators and project managers are very familiar with lump-sum, unit price, time and material, design-build, and design-assist contracts.
